ANA Rolls out New Nurse Burnout Prevention Program

The American Nurses Association has partnered with SE Healthcare to provide its members with free access to the program.

The American Nurses Association (ANA) has partnered with SE Healthcare to provide its members with free access to a Burnout Prevention Program, which nearly 7,000 ANA members signed up for over the past summer, earning 10,000 free CNE hours.

ANA says more than half of members surveyed claimed the program reduced their sense of burnout, and 86% applied the strategies they learned to their work or personal life. Ninety percent were satisfied with the burnout prevention program and 95% asked ANA to add it as a permanent member benefit. The program consists of a collection of videos on all aspects of burnout prevention. All videos provide CNE for up to 25 contact hours. Click here to learn more and to sign up.
